The Organising Committee is delighted to be able to offer delegates a range of specially negotiated hotel and apartment style accommodation within close proximity to the Conference venue.  Please note that accommodation cost is for room only.

Club $300 single/room/night; $330 double/room/night

Cancellation policy: 
30 days prior to arrival one night’s accommodation will be charged
10 days prior to arrival – all rooms/nights cancelled or reduced including no shows and early departures will be subject for full cancellation fee of the quoted rate per night that is reduced or cancelled.  

Stamford Plaza - 150 North Terrace five star (5 minute walk) 
$185/room/night single/double/twin    Check-in: 1100 Check-Out: 1000

Cancellation Policy:
30 days prior to arrival - one night’s accommodation will be charged
15 days prior to arrival - any rooms cancelled and amendments which result in the reduction of room nights or no shows will incur a cancellation charge for all room nights not utilized.    

Mercure Grosvenor  125 North Terrace four star (2 minute walk)
Standard $180 room/night single/double    Check-in: 1400 Check-Out: 1100

Cancellation policy:
30 days prior to arrival- one night’s accommodation will be charged
7 days prior to arrival - any rooms cancelled will incur a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total accommodation cancelled.
3 days prior to arrival - any rooms cancelled or no shows will incur a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total accommodation cancelled.    

Cancellation of Bookings

Please note in the event of a cancellation, the refund of any deposits forwarded to hotels will be at the discretion of the hotel. Please refer to cancellation terms for each hotel above.  No refunds will be made from this office.  Cancellation of bookings may be subject to fees and delegates are advised to take out insurance.   

Deadlines

Hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings. All rooms will be released 17 August 2011.  

Deposit

Either one night’s accommodation rate or a credit card is required to secure your room. Please note bookings that have not advised either method by 17 August 2011 may be cancelled. Delegates are required to settle their own accounts including incidentals incurred upon check out.  This deposit or your credit card guarantee will be forwarded to the hotel. The hotel at their discretion will deduct the guarantee from your credit card.  

Amendments to Booking

Any amendments or cancellations must be made through Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd in writing.  Your amendment or cancellation will be reconfirmed in writing. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received a copy of any changes requested.   

Early Arrival or Late Departure

Requests for early check in or late checkout must be advised in writing to Plevin and Associates Pty Ltd. Please note that early check in require the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to the hotel room.
